All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use a smoking room.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Check-out is until 10:00 AM.

Meals are served in the dining room. Requests for the serving of meals in guest rooms are not accepted.

Service is available only upon pickup and drop-off service at JR Miyagahama Station, the Taguchida Bus Stop for shuttle buses from the airport, and the Miyagahama Station Bus Stop on buses coming from Kagoshima and Chiran. Please contact the hotel in advance.

JR Miyagahama Station is 10 min. on foot from the hotel. Free shuttle service to the station is available from the hotel.
